    That error has been around since May and they have not fixed it, apparently there are no plans to put the server online, perhaps months later.

    What antivirus and programs cause the xigncode 0xE0191009 error in Windows 10? When I try to run the game with antivirus and Windows firewall disabled, the launcher still does not run.
